I know this is the "boring" bit, but it protects both you and me. I ask that you please read through the terms and conditions if you're planning to commission me.
As such by commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Some of these pertain more towards art commission than BG3 tattoo mods but most are applicable to both.
Terms & Conditions for Art & Mod Commissions
(Last updated: 14/08/2025)By commissioning me for digital art or Baldur’s Gate 3 tattoo mods (“Work”), you agree to the following terms. I aim to keep things fair, friendly, and transparent , so we both know exactly what to expect.1. Before We Start❀ Please provide clear references and descriptions of what you want. Specific is always better! (“A Maple leaf design” is clearer than just “A leaf design.”)
❀ I reserve the right to decline commissions that I’m not comfortable with.
❀ I will not create offensive, illegal, or restricted content, including underage characters or sexually explicit content.2. Payment❀ All payments are via PayPal or Kofi (GBP unless otherwise agreed).
❀ I require 50% of the total cost upfront before I begin work.
❀Prices will be agreed upon before starting. If you request changes that significantly add or remove work, the final price may change, but the initial deposit will remain the same.
❀ Please do not send payment before I send you an invoice, payment link or request you to do so.
❀ Invoices must be paid within 3 business days to secure your spot.3. Process & Timeline❀ I aim to complete commissions in a timely manner. I’ll give you an estimated timeframe at the start, but it’s just an estimate. If delays happen, I’ll keep you updated.
❀ I’ll send you regular updates and reply to messages within 48 hours (unless otherwise noted).
❀ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive, email, or a similar method.4. Revisions❀I will allow you to request adjustments throughout the process. In regards to artwork, these adjustments must happen before I start colouring.
❀ Extra revisions and additions may be possible for an additional fee.
❀ Revisions may affect delivery timelines.5. Refunds & Cancellations❀ If I cancel: You’ll get a full refund of any payments made.
❀ If you cancel before I start: Full refund of your deposit.
❀ If you cancel after I start: You’ll receive half of your deposit back.
❀ If I don’t complete the work at all: Full deposit refund, and I won’t request the remaining payment.
❀ Once the final files are delivered, no refunds will be given.
❀ Please do not issue chargebacks, we’ll work out any issues directly.6. Final Payment & Delivery❀ For artwork when the piece is finished, I’ll send you a low resolution preview.
❀ After the remaining 50% payment is received, I’ll send the full high-resolution files or mod files within 24 hours.7. Usage Rights❀You get exclusive, personal-use rights to the finished work.
❀ You may display it on social media, in personal projects, or in-game (for mods), but not resell or redistribute it.
❀ Please credit me when sharing (tagging is appreciated but not required).
❀ You may not edit, trace, or modify my work without my permission.
❀ I will keep my signature on the final work and may post it on my own social media and portfolio.8. Communication❀ Primary contact can be through Discord, Nexus, or email (whichever we agree on).
❀ I keep records of our communication for clarity and in case of disputes.9. Legal & Other❀ You confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into this agreement.
❀ Both of us agree to keep any shared personal or project-related information private.
❀ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that all deliverables are digital, no physical items will be shipped.Let’s make something awesome together!
